Comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation in the recently converted stable block is just across the road from the Inn. There are four rooms to choose from:

THE DOVEDALE SUITE : Ground floor twin with en-suite disabled facilities.
THE LATHKILL SUITE : Ground floor twin or double with en-suite shower room
THE HARTINGTON SUITE : First floor twin with en-suite bathroom.
THE MANIFOLD SUITE : First floor double with en-suite shower.

The history of Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese Inn begins in 1621 when the original building was constructed as a small farmstead which was added to later. It is one of the oldest remaining buildings in Longnor.

Situated on the old turnpike road and packhorse route, the inn was able to obtain and supply Cheshire Cheese that was on route to other markets in Derbyshire and Yorkshire.
